One on One Personal Training:

Partner Training:

Just like one on one training, partner training is designed for 2 people with a similar fitness level. You will work together and help each other to stay motivated to get strong and healthy through strength and cardio exercises. Just like our motto says: “We’re in this together” Sometimes however, it can even turn into a fun competition. Who can hold plank the longest?? Well, come in and we will find out!

Small group training:

Small group training is for 3-5 people. You still get a specialized training session but you get to share it with a few friends. In a small group setting, everyone has each others backs. You are there to support and motivate each other and see each other achieve personal goals.

Boot camps:

A popular interval style class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These boot camps are designed in a way to be different all the time, and to push our participants harder than they'd push themselves. We want to keep you guessing - and challenge you differently every time! Although our instructors may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but please be prepared for some high intensity training!

MFJ also offers race pacing. For the cost of the entry free, our experienced runner will guide you as you pound the pavement mile after mile. We will help you to stay on track with your goal.
